Although I'm not going to complain about that, I must admit to feeling slightly envious when I see my footloose and fancy-free ex-uni and schoolmates pasting photos of their latest exotic jaunt on Facebook ! I'd start off with a fortnight soaking up the sun and the culture in Bali before heading off to Australia for a champagne dinner at sunset in front of Ayer's Rock or Uluru as it's called now (yes, I know it's a cliché but this is MY daydream, thank you very much !). Afterwards, time for a change of pace with a week in Las Vegas, and a helicopter ride above the Grand canyon. Then off for some shopping in New York , some whalewatching in Canada and - to finish off - a safari (with cameras, not guns !) in Kenya hunting down the big game animals.
