I do running on the spot too when waiting for the dog etc, just a minute or so of power running on the spot... must help! Bloody hell love, that isn'...4k in 20 minutes?! Bloody hell love, that isn't jogging, that's running!! Make sure you warm up properly beforehand - I don't do stretches beforehand but always make sure I power walk for 5 mins before running and then stretch it out afterwards - after your muscles are easier to stretch and it may make a big difference to my calf. It's my knee that gives me problems :( <br /><br />Hope you are having an awesome week - you have walked loads - good all round exercise!!
