ReplyDeleteWash with shampoo. I like to vary shampoo /s which I use, as I believe this might be better for hair care. As some chemicals, colourants or other ingredient may dry out the hair :- So I believe.
ReplyDeleteAs I have aged I have found that my skin and hair can become dry on occasions. So I now do use conditioner occasionally, sometimes a 2- in - 1 shampoo / conditioner.
I have recently began to use hair oil, as dry scalp, and hair dry condition occasionally (I think weather conditions have an impact). I believe hair oil has been beneficial to hair condition.

If I won I would give this to my mum. As a couple of years ago as her health deteriorated, her hair thinned, which she wanted a shampoo product to correct. None seemed to be available. As her health improved her hair thicken, though has not returned to what had been her normal, a thick healthy head of hair. Though surprisingly her hair is now wavy, just as it had been when she was in her 20 -30's years of age.
ReplyDeleteHair condition is an important aspect for women, and may also be for many men. I believe hair oil can be beneficial. I have not as yet come across a product which truly thickens hair.

ReplyDeleteShampoo & condition every day
ReplyDeleteShampoo and condition every other day as I think it is not good for the natural oils to wash it every day then once a fortnight I do a deep conditioning treatment using a homemade mixture of honey and olive oil massaged right into the scalp, covered lightly and heated with a hairdryer,Then I leave it in for an hour and wash out well with cool water. Its fantastic and leaves you feeling great and your hair soft and silky. i prefer to make as many products as i can as the additives in bought oils and products can be hard to identify- I also make my own regular conditioner from cider vinegar ,honey and rose oil . shampoo can be Homemade, but for my hair I prefer Johnson.s Baby shampoo.
