Look out for a review and possibly a giveaway coming up in the near future, but for now, I thought you might like these Christmas stocking filler ideas from Tractor Ted.

Tractor Ted, young children’s favourite cartoon tractor, is launching several new products for Christmas this year.

As well as the much-loved books, DVDs and other merchandise, young fans will be able to enjoy the new Tractor Ted breakfast set, lunch box, a 9 piece jigsaw and Tractor Ted branded wellies as well as the new DVD Tractor Ted Might Maize Machine. All of the products are available from www.tractorland.co.uk.

The Tractor Ted breakfast set, which costs £19.99, includes a melamine plate, bowl and mug sporting a dazzling array of images of machines and Tractor Ted on the bottom of the mug. The new lunchbox (£9.99) is made of metal with a fabulous countryside scene and a Tractor Ted logo. The first jigsaw (£12.00) is a beautiful wooden puzzle of Tractor Ted in a stunning countryside setting while the irresistible new Tractor Ted branded wellies have helpful handles for tiny hands, good solid soles and deep treads and come in children’s sizes 5-9 (£19.99).

The Tractor Ted range offers a great range of stocking fillers:

(£15.99) and T-shirts showing real life photographic images of life on the farm (£9.99).

Tractor Ted Might Maize Machine is a machinery-packed DVD which follows a dairy herd’s husbandry including a Dorset dairy which milks 1000 sheep every day, that will be released in November. It will be the 16th DVD in the series and follows the success of Tractor Ted Meets More Animals released earlier this year, in which Ted encounters buffalo, alpacas and wild boar, learns how mozzarella is made and alpacas guard free range hens from foxes.

Alexandra Heard, co-founder of Tractor Ted said: “We are so excited by the new additions to the Tractor Ted range. They will make fantastic stocking fillers or presents for young children, godchildren, nephews, nieces and friends who are fans of Tractor Ted.”

About Tractor Ted

Tractor Ted educates and entertains children from two to six years old about farming and countryside activities such as where good food comes from, the seasons and how to care for animals through DVDs, books and live events. Launched in 2005 by mother of three Alexandra Heard and local farmer David Horler, Tractor Ted has sold more than 500,000 DVDs and 60,000 books and the fan club has more than 20,000 members.

Tractor Ted is endorsed by the presenter Clare Balding, the jockeys AP McCoy and Mick Fitzgerald and the British three day eventers William Fox-Pitt and Tim Stockdale.

Clare Balding says: “Having watched Tractor Ted with my nephew, I am hugely impressed with the technical detail of the films. It proves that children can take in complicated facts if they are presented well and if their interest is sparked and then held.”

Tractor Ted is available from farm shops and country stores nationwide or from http://www.tractorland.co.uk/
