Fancy taking the Breakfast Week Challenge ?


Do you find yourself struggling for time in the morning and skipping the most important meal of the day - breakfast? Well, you are not alone, in fact alarmingly one in three mums regularly skip breakfast and a staggering one in six adults never eat breakfast. (I have to put my hands up for this one - when I'm at work, a quick swig of orange juice on the way out of the door is as good as it gets !)

In order to try to change that statistic, Melinda Messenger is helping to launch the Breakfast Week Challenge.


The challenge takes place during Farmhouse Breakfast Week in January but registrations are open now at www.facebook.com/shakeupyourwakeup

All they want mums to do is eat a healthy breakfast for five days then tell them about it - simple really! If you need an incentive to join in, there's £1,000 worth of holiday vouchers on offer for one lucky mum who completes the challenge.
