I have just been sent some fabulous-sounding recipes to try out using McCain Potato Wedges, along with SEVEN bags of wedges !
They also offered to send me through "some bits" that I'd need for the recipes so I was blown away when this fabulous delivery arrived from Tesco's !
Can't wait to start trying out the recipes next week - hmmm which one shall we start with ? I have the choice between Spanish Patatas Bravas, Tortilla & Almond Green Beans Tapas; British Ploughman's Pies served with British Wedges and an English Salad; Jamaican Jerk Chicken served with a Mango Chilli Salsa & Spicy Wedges; Greek Lamb & Feta Burgers topped with Red Onion, Cucumber & Olives, served with Oregano Wedges; American Southern Fried Chicken served with Coleslaw and Spicy Wedges; or French Niçoise Salad ... Hmmm choices choices !
