Sylvanian Families are looking for a town or village to be officially twinned with Sylvania !

Flair and Sylvanian Families are giving towns and villages the opportunity to be officially twinned with Sylvania!

Do you have a PC Bobby Roberts? Or maybe a Café that it like Blackcurrant Café?

The nationwide search for a village to officially twin with Sylvania has begun, and residents who believe their local area is the perfect traditional English village are asked to nominate their patch as the perfect place to live.

As the search begins up and down the country, just what are the Sylvanian Families looking for in their twinned village?

For inspiration, here are just some of the things you can find when taking a stroll through Sylvania:

·         Village School
·         Village Store
·         Church
·         Telephone Box
·         Lollipop Man
·         Tea Shop or cafe
·         Doctors Surgery
·         Canal with barges
·         Post Office

A shortlist of villages will be chosen to receive a special visit from Freya the Chocolate Rabbit, who will sample local village life and eventually choose one lucky area to be officially twinned in a naming ceremony later this year.

You can download an application form on the Sylvanian Twinning blog and the closing date is 31st October 2012.
