The aim of this week is to use up as much as possible in the fridge and freezer because we're winding down for going on holiday ! :)
Saturday
lunch - Spanish tortilla omelette with red peppers, onions, potato and ham
dinner - a big mixed salad of some sort
Sunday
lunch - If it's fine, we'll have a barbecue with homemade coleslaw, potato salad and mixed salad.
dinner - we'll probably still be stuffed from lunchtime, maybe a bagel.
Monday
lunch - leftovers from the barbecue
dinner - cottage pie with peas and carrots
Tuesday
lunch - Prawn Saganaki, a Greek dish that I didn't get round to making last week- prawns in a tomatoey, garlicky sauce served with fresh bread to mop it all up
dinner - homemade pizza (great way of using up odds and ends from the fridge ! I'm thinking mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, peppers, onions, ham, cheese ...)
Wednesday
lunch - Boursin-stuffed turkey parcels with mushroom risotto
dinner - spaghetti carbonara
Thursday
lunch - sausages, mash & beans
dinner - salmon with garlic salt and lime juice, served with broccoli & rice
Friday
lunch - cauliflower cheese
dinner - twice baked potatoes (or any leftovers that are lingering !)
