Some women get excited if their husband brings them home diamond earrings or a new designer handbag from the shops. I'm a cheap date. I got all excited when Madhouse Daddy found these preserved lemons in the supermarket !
They're whole lemons in brine and are exactly what I need to recreate the Chicken with Olives & Preserved Lemons Tagine that we all loved in Morocco. Time to bring the slow cooker out of hibernation, I think. Coming soon to a menuplan near you !
