  7. Keep a jar of moisturiser on the bed side table, right next to the lamp, and get into the habit of applying it as the very last thing you do before switching off the light. That way it can work uninterrupted all night long.

  58. Always put on sunscreen before your daily regime of moisturiser, makeup etc. Never miss a day 24/7 all year round. Not just when its sunny. Its the biggest and best thing you can do for your skin.
