Black Pepper Convivial Yorkshire Crisps review

Another new brand that we've recently discovered in our Christmas hamper is Yorkshire Crisps, who have apparently been around since 2005. We found a drum of Black Pepper Convivial Yorkshire Crisps which were the perfect accompaniment to a well-earned (and much-needed) drink after putting up the Christmas tree yesterday !

The drum takes up quite a lot of space in the cupbaiord (compared to a regular bag of crisps) but it does have the advantage of keeping them in perfect condition. No crushed up crumbs here !

The crisps have a more rustic, home-made look to them and a darker colour than most regular crisps. They're very nice, taste fresh and disappeared very quickly.

You can see the flecks of black pepper on them. We thought they were a bit bland, but having had a look at the website, there are lots more exciting flavours available : Cheddar & Caramelised Onion, Natural Sea Salt, Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella, Chardonnay Wine Vinegar, Sour Cream, Dill & Mustard, Henderson’s Yorkshire Sauce, Sweet Chilli & Lime, Parsnip, Roast Lamb & Mint, and their newest addition, Sweet Cured Ham & Pickle. I'm very intrigued about the Yorkshire Sauce so I may have to investigate further ! The crisps are available in 40g bags, 100g drums, 150g bags and 500g catering bags for some flavours.
