Sunday weigh-in : pretty good for a bad week

With a week full of late after-school meetings, I knew that this week wouldn't be great as I'd have no time for the Wii fit and no time to worry much about healthy eating. I've just jumped on the scales and it said 84.2 which is actually a loss of 200g. Pretty pathetic in the grand scheme of themes but as I was expecting a gain, that's not bad at all ! Next week, I'm hoping to get back on track but the week is filling up fast  - Sophie's parent-teacher evening on Monday and a telecom engineer trying to sort out our landline on Tuesday. I'm sure I can fit in at least a few 10-minute endurance run sessions on the Wii fit though if I make sure I leave school as soon as the bell rings !

Positives of the week

-  I've basically taken a week off - I've nibbled (ok, wolfed down !) a couple of those utterly delicious pineapple upside down muffins and even had a burger & wedges instead of a salad at McDonalds for a change - but I still had a small loss ! Yay !

- I've looking forward to getting back to the Wii-fit next week

- A piddly 200g loss was enough to take my weightloss ticker back to double figures - phew !

Current targets

Last week's target :Another crazy week at work coming up so just do my best for food choices and listen to the SlimPod a few times. Get my weight lost badge back to double figures (because - boo ! - that 300g gain was enough to bring it back down to 9kg lost !) (Done !)

This week's targets : Get back on the Wii Fit - four times would be fab but I'll go for minimum two. Let's get back to 83 point something too.

Short-term targets : I have a new pair of bright blue target jeans to fit into ! (Done but I want them to be a bit looser.)

Longer-term targets : Get back to the 70-somethings. Get my badges back to "weight lost" being more than "left to lose"

START WEIGHT :93.7kg
TARGET WEIGHT : 67.8kg
WEIGHT LAST WEEK  : 84.4kg
WEIGHT TODAY : 84.2kg
WEIGHT LOST SO FAR :  9.5kg
STILL TO GO : 16.2kg
CHANGE THIS WEEK : -0.2kg

  1. No weight loss is pathetic, if you did that every week you would get there, I know it might seem slow but it is the right direction.
Weight loss is frustrating, on weeks you think you've done terrible you lose and on weeks you feel like you've done great you gain. I think half of weight loss is getting where you should be mentally as well as physically.
Great week, I think I'm going to have to try baking those muffins myself.

    1. Totally agree with you there. Slow but steady is the way to win the race (but it's nice when it goes a bit faster too ! lol)
