What's Cooking at The Madhouse? menu plan 23/5/14

I have lots of rather exciting (hopefully !) untried bookmarked recipes to test out this week, as well as my Spanish-themed Kitchen Trotter box to experiment with so wish me luck - it's a totally crazy cosmopolitan  week of globecooking on the cards !

Saturday

lunch - probably a trip to McDonald's for some fun in the soft play - it'll be a seafood salad for me

dinner - homemade soup - maybe the Spanish Gazpacho Ajo Blanco, even if it sounds a bit weird !! (Garlic and fruit ? Hmmm time will tell !)

Sunday

lunch -  BBQ hopefully, otherwise roast dinner

dinner -  leftover soup or Tapas with green peppers and caballitas (or maybe even both !) - that's Spain-inspired again

Monday

dinner - off to Brazil (gastronomically speaking) for my take on Feijoada

Tuesday

dinner - off to Turkey today for Kadinbudu Kofte

Wednesday

lunch - pasta bake

dinner - Paella with cuttlefish ink

Thursday

dinner -  back to Spain for Patatas a la Pobre (Poor Man's Potatoes)

Friday

dinner - Russian-inspired Koulibiac (a salmon-based dish)
