What's Cooking at The Madhouse? menu plan 30/5/14

Last week was a totally crazily cosmopolitan globe-cooking week of brand new recipes so I thought I should balance things out with some old favourites this week !

Saturday

lunch - pan-fried chicken breasts (with So Juicy cooking sheets) with sweet potato/potato wedges

dinner - homemade soup - vegetable or Mexican probably

Sunday

lunch -  BBQ hopefully, otherwise roast dinner

dinner -  leftover soup or porridge/cereal

Monday

dinner - meatballs in tomato sauce with onions/peppers/chickpeas and couscous

Tuesday

dinner - cottage pie

Wednesday

lunch - fishfingers, mash and beans

dinner - spaghetti bolognese or maybe carbonara - either can be thrown together at a minute's notice !

Thursday

dinner -  cauliflower cheese

Friday

dinner - tartiflette

    1. It's a French dish with potatoes, bacon, onions and baked cheese - recipe here : http://madhousefamilyreviews.blogspot.com/2012/11/good-natured-winter-warmer-recipe.html
