Unbeelievable Health Bee Prepared review

For the past few years, bees have hitting the headlines an awful lot, with numerous campaigns launching to help save their habitat and stop the numbers of the stripy critters from dwindling. It's not all a one way street though - the bees are giving plenty back, pollinating flowers, producing honey, beeswax androyal jelly, not to mention providing the soundtrack to blissful, lazy summer days !

One of the bees' gifts to humans that may not trip off the tongue so easily is propolis, a resinous substance that bees collect from trees to use as a sealant in their hives and that is reported to have numerous health benefits, including stimulating your immune system and treating allergies.

Unbeelievable Health sent us through some of their Bee prepared Daily Defence Immune Support Capsules, which contain propolis and are said to be useful to help treat and prevent colds, flu and hayfever. If you're a hayfever sufferer, it's easy to reach for the antihistamines as soon as the sun puts in an appearance, but if you want to avoid pumping your body full of chemicals and want to try a more natural approach, these capsules are ideal. They contain a mixture of bee propolis, black elderberry, beta glucans, olive leaf and acerola cherry.

The capsules are safe for children to use but Bee Prepared know that kids often turn their noses up at taking medicine or food supplements, so they have made capsules that are easy to open and have also come up with a smoothie recipe to help them down. Mary Poppins, eat your heart out !
