Cherry Good cherry juice drinks review

When we were on holiday in Turkey, sour cherry juice was one of our favourite drinks at the hotel, so I was delighted to receive these cartons of Cherry Good and Cherry Good Light to try out when we got back - it was a real taste of Turkish sunshine, despite the grey skies and drizzle outside the window !

My favourite is Cherry Good Light because, with only 48 calories per glass, it's a diet-friendly option. It is naturally sweet and the Montmorency cherries give it a fabulously refreshing, slightly tart flavour.

Cherry Good shared a recipe that is perfect for getting your day off to a good start :

Cherry Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 250ml Cherry Good Light
 • 225g low fat vanilla yogurt
 • 175g raspberries (unsweetened)
 • 85g cherries (pitted)

Preparation:

1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender
2. Cover and process until well blended
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately
4. Sweeten with honey to suit your taste

Even just drinking it straight from the carton, it's a lovely fruity start to the day though and it puts me in a good mood because it reminds me of being on holiday. All that's missing is the sunset !

It's also available in individual cartons, perfect for the kids' lunchboxes or on-the-go snacks.
