What's Cooking At The Madhouse? menu plan 14/11/14

Bit late with my meal-planning today because my afternoon went pear-shaped when I had to go and pick Pierre up from school because he was ill. He's back to his usual self now though ! I can't believe it was only a week ago that we were in London - it seems so long ago already. Back to a normal week this week - phew !

Saturday

lunch - probably McDonald's, if not I want to try out some cheesy salmon fishcakes with mash and peas

dinner - cauliflower cheese

Sunday

lunch - roast chicken with either rice or roast potatoes and veggies

dinner - homemade soup of some description

Monday

dinner - tonight might be a good time to try out the Bengal meal kit from the Degustabox, using leftover chicken from the roast

Tuesday

dinner - lasagne

Wednesday

lunch - pork chops with sweet chilli glaze and rainbow noodles

dinner - creamy baked rice and vegetables with sausages

Thursday

dinner - Spanish omelette (tortilla)

Friday

dinner - leftovers

    1. I'm lucky enough to have a free subscription in return for blogging about them but I do think they're pretty good value, especially with a discount code and for the boxes that use all things I'd usually buy. Part of the fun is getting some weird and wonderful products you'd never have bought in a million years though, taking yourself out of your comfort zone every now and then !
