Are you dreaming of a white Christmas? As the first snow of the year is due to arrive very soon, Capital Play would like to offer one lucky winner an alpine-inspired sledge for all the family.

  37. So long as my husband isn't working (and we don't have to drive far), I'm looking forward to snow. I'm from a snowy part of the States, so it's still a bit strange to not have any for most (or all) of the winter.

  38. I love the snow! Although the snow fall on Friday evening caught us out somewhat (along with everyone else) and it took us 2.5 hours to do the 45 minute journey home. I'd still be happy with more though, as long as I haven't got to drive far!

  51. We've already got snow, it came down very thick and fast on Boxing Day and settled within half an hour, I have never seen such huge snowflakes! My grandson has been having a great time in it.

  74. Cold temperature :- Snow likely, so whilst we have snow can make snowmen, snow families, sledge etc. Once Winter weather and snow gone :- Sooner it will be Spring then Summer.

  75. 'White Christmas' has been my favourite film since I was a little girl, my birthday is so close to Christmas that this time of year is just magical, I've always wanted to go for a sleigh ride and 19 is not too old for it either :D xx
