Pierre's face says it all ! He was very excited to receive a huge John Deere tractor toy to review. It's from the Monster Treads range and judging by the size of those wheels, they weren't kidding !
Pierre was fascinated by the chunky tyres and had great fun pushing it around the table, rolling it over any obstacles he came across !
He wanted to open the doors to look inside the cab but they don't open so he had to peer inside instead ! It does have a lift-up engine cover though, which is perfect for any would-be mechanics.
But the biggest surprise was about to be discovered ...

Pierre has been happily playing with it indoors but it is made of very robust plastic and would definitely put up with outdoor play too. I could see this as a great addition to a sandpit or a back garden over the summer months.
It requires 3 x AAA batteries but the great news is, they come ready installed. It is designed for children aged 3-8, but even Madhouse Daddy and Grandad couldn't resist having a play when they thought nobody was looking !
