  2. I use oilatum bath and shampoo for my son who has eczema and doesn't irritate it. When skin is dry moisturise with zero cream

  23. My daughter suffers from eczema and our tips would be moisturize multiple times a day, use oilatum in the bath, avoid any soaps with sls in them and keep them cool and don't let them get too hot, cotton clothes are best :) @fruitgum94

  25. Try and keep the temperature of your little one's bedroom cool - if it's too warm it will effect their delicate, dry skin.

  61. I have found the only product that consistently works is Oilatum. I use the bath soap and cream to keep all our family's eczema at bay. It really is excellent!

  83. My daughter who has eczema, has moisturiser on twice daily, more if needed. We also try to keep her skin cool at night in bed, as if she is hot thats when the scratching happens and her skin becomes sore.

  84. E45 cream straight after coming out of the bath. My sons skin can be very dry and kind of 'scaly' and this works really well for him.

  115. We discovered while putting oats in the bath for chicken pox that it greatly improved my sons eczema. We requested Aveeno oat based products from the doctor and it cleared up. We just use aveeno bath oil to maintain it now.
