Madhouse recipe : 2-ingredient 10-minute Nutella Palmiers

Palmier biscuits always look fabulous but they take literally ten minutes to make and these ones only need two ingredients - a pack of shop-bought puff pastry and a jar of Nutella !

We had a jar of Jim Jams chocolate and hazelnut spread from a recent Degustabox to use but you could jam, honey, marshmallow fluff or even cheese spread for a savoury option.

Spread your filling of choice all over the pastry sheet.

Roll one side in towards the centre.

Then the other.

Cut into slices.

Lay them out on a baking tray.

Pop in a preheated oven at 180° for ten minutes until they've puffed up and gone golden brown.

That's it. They really are that simple, although you'd never know to look at them !
