Children's book review : Euro 2016 Activity & Colouring Book

With Euro 2016 kicking off next month, the Madhouse boys (father and son) are starting to get a bit football crazy so Pierre was delighted to receive a Euro 2016 Activity & Colouring Book from Carlton Kids to keep him busy.

The book contains all the usual activities that you'd expect in a kids' activity book - spot the difference, copying pictures, dot to dots, wordsearches, word games, ... - with a football theme.

Some of them require some knowledge of football players so I had to send Pierre off to ask his dad, which gave them some nice quality time together. The pages are brightly coloured with enjoyable activities and lots of variety so that the book appeals to everyone, of all ages and abilities.

Kids always love stickers too so the fact that the book contains more than 100 stickers is a huge bonus. Many of them are used in the activities but there are extras for sticking on schoolbooks or in your bedroom.

If you have a young football fan in your midst, it's bound to go down well.

  2. Brilliant, although my favourite English footie player didn't make the squad. Wishful thinking to be honest lol :)
