Bijou "Swap & Style" Bracelets review

There's a new pocket-sized collectible in town, which could be handy for keeping in handbags to whip out when the kids start getting tetchy in the car or plane on long journeys.

Bijou Bracelets are a range of colourful, interchangeable, beaded bracelets that come in blind bags, designed to get kids swapping to create their own perfect wrist-wear.

Inside each bag, you get one bracelet and an instruction sheet.

There are twelve colours to collect, including a limited edition glow-in-the-dark one.

The clasp on the silver bead can be pressed and opened.

This then allows you to slide all of the beads off the strings.

Mix them up, swap them with your friends or siblings and create the colour combinations of your choice, before reclosing the clasp.

It's a nice idea and the bracelets fit all sizes (Pierre was giving them out to the grown-ups when he'd finished them). I do think they're a bit pricey though, especially as you'll have to buy several packs in order to be able to swap the colours around.

RRP : £2.99

Available in Sainsbury's, One Stop and James Retail.

  2. So lovely to see Pierre joining in with such enthusiasm. :) Agree, they are on the pricey side, but then almost all the pocket money blind pouches to collect are.
