What's Cooking at The Madhouse? menu plan 2019 week #43

Woohoo, we made it to half term ! God knows what we'll be doing all week, as Pierre has his foot in plaster. He's going out of his mind already ! Puzzle books, films and baking got us through the weekend, but it was pouring hard constantly so we didn't fancy going out. Time will tell ! Foodwise, I'll be winding down what's in the fridge. Hmmm let's go and see what's in there !

Monday

lunch - pork paupiettes (sausagemeat wrapped in a pork fillet) with rice, peas & carrots

dinner - baked ham with Ebly & veg

Tuesday

lunch - pork in a cream sauce (with onions and mushrooms), rice and carrots

dinner - spaghetti bolognese

Wednesday

lunch - quick couscous, with chorizo, chickpeas, tinned tomatoes, peppers and onions

dinner - sausages, mash & beans

Thursday

lunch - twice baked potatoes with ham, cheese, onions, beans

dinner - fish, rice & carrots (or leftovers)

Friday

lunch - we have a few things to do in town with Sophie while she's over, so it'll be a quick trip to McDonald's probably

That's it for this week, as we'll be off visiting my mum and dad and catching up with Sophie :)

    1. It's not too painful but he's bored, because he can't go out on his bike or scooter or play football !

    1. We do have sandwiches sometimes but it works out just as complicated and expensive as I have to go and buy salad, ham, cheese and bread especially !
