What's Cooking At The Madhouse ? menu plan week 32

Last week's plan worked fine at the start of the week, then it just got too hot so we settled for nibbling on leftovers or toast. This worked out well though, as I hadn't managed to pick up some of the meat that I needed in the supermarket, so I'll put those meals back on next week's plan. But next week is going to be crazily hot again, so I can see us settling for toast and sandwiches for some of our meals again !

Monday

lunch- chicken & sausage pie with mash & veg

dinner - Honey Orange BBQ Chicken (using this recipe) with rice & coleslaw

Tuesday

lunch-  enchiladas

dinner- Utterly Scrummy Sausage Flan (using this recipe) with salad

Wednesday

lunch- Pioneer Woman Smothered Pork Chops (using this recipe) with potatoes & veg

dinner- Cannelloni

Thursday

lunch- Gordon Ramsay's Spicy Sausage Rice (using this recipe)

dinner-  I'm thinking there will be plenty of leftovers to use up

Friday

lunch- Potato-bacon hash (using this recipe)

dinner - Baked ham with rice & veg

Saturday

lunch- I'll let the kids choose - maybe McDonald's, or kebabs, or just something simple at home - we'll see !

dinner- pizza or toasted sandwiches, depending on what is in the fridge

Sunday

lunch- depends on what I picked up when I went shopping yesterday ! Maybe a roast chicken with roast potatoes, veg and lashings of gravy. Maybe even some stuffing, if I can be bothered !

dinner- fridge grazing - or maybe garlic bread or toast ... there will probably be leftovers too if anyone wants them.
