We're heading into a busy week for me, as the Norwegian and Spanish teachers are coming to Dunkirk for the end of our big "critical thinking" joint project. That's the end of a 6-year partnership and to be honest, I'm feeling quite relieved - one less thing to worry about, although it has been fun. Sophie is back though and will be able to help out with getting food on the table - she decided against going back to England at the last minute so will now be heading off to Lille, either to get a job or pick up her studies. Time will tell. Juliette is off in Ireland all week on a school exchange. I can't keep up with it all ! I'll plan simple meals as Sophie will probably go off piste and work out what she wants to cook all by herself !
