I did all my running around last week - went to the bank, paid off the rest of the holiday and put in a trip to the insurance people who discovered that my claim had been filed without being paid so I'm glad I chased that up ! Into the last two weeks of lessons, followed by a week of exam invigilating and meetings. Juliette has got all her exams this week then she's ready to shoot off on holiday with her boyfriend. Sophie has sorted out next year's studies, moving into English and German, which she hasn't done for a few years so she'll have to revise the basics over the summer. The summer holidays are nearly here - phew ! Here's this week's menu plan.

lunch- school lunch for me, Pierre can go fridge/freezer diving
dinner- chicken burgers with pasta

lunch- leftover chicken burgers with rice & ratatouille
dinner - baked potatoes with bacon and cheese
Saturday
lunch- Deliveroo
dinner- fishfingers, mash and veg
Sunday
lunch- chicken curry and rice
dinner - lasagne
