As a teacher, I have to admit, I love the long summer holidays. It's lovely to have almost two months to sit back, think of nothing but myself and just BREATHE ! There are only a couple of weeks left until I'm back in my classroom and spending my weekends and evenings marking and lesson planning but I've just discovered a fabulous product to help me keep stress at bay - the Exhale Calming Essential Oil Trio from SOiL Organic.

Again, perfect for teachers, as well as any other jobs where the pressure is likely to mount and have you doubting yourself. The topnotes of grapefruit, I think, give a lovely citrus hint which is great for lifting your mood and making you think positively.
