It's been lovely to be on holiday for the past two weeks (and you can tell we've been busy having fun because my menu planning is a day late !) but it's back to life, back to reality next week - although we do get a rather lovely bank holiday on Thursday to break the week up nicely ! :) I did lots of cooking over the past two weeks but didn't actually get to clear out my food cupboards as I'd planned, so this week will be a mission to use up the jars and sachets lurking at the back of the cupboard.
Saturday
lunch - pan-baked chicken (using So Juicy cooking sheets) with dauphinois potatoes and ratatouille
Sunday
lunch - roast dinner or bbq, depending on the weather
dinner - soup - I have some sweet potatoes, I wonder if you can make sweet potato soup ?
Monday
dinner - Smoky Jerk Chicken (with a jar of Levi Roots sauce) with added peppers/onions and rice
Tuesday
dinner - something pasta-based involving an Italian Creamy Herb Tagliatelli Flavour Shot
Wednesday
