Last week I shared with you (here) a video and recipe from Riverford Organic, showing you how to prepare squash. Well, if that inspired you to get busy in the kitchen, you'll be pleased to learn that I have one copy of the Riverford Organic cookbook called “Everyday and Sunday – Recipes from Riverford Farm” by the farm’s founder Guy Watson and head chef Jane Baxter, to give away to a Madhouse Family Reviews reader.
