Madhouse recipe : Souper-duper Pasta Bake

Pasta bakes are always popular here at The Madhouse so when two of the three Madhouse Mini-testers were poorly and off their food last week, I decided to try tempting back their appetite with one. It worked !

I used a tin of Amy's Kitchen chunky tomato soup from the January Degustabox, mixed in some uncooked pasta, some chopped ham and a sprinkle of Garlic & Herb Shake & Flavour.

After giving it a quick mix, I dotted chunks of mozarella and goats cheese over the top.

After half an hour in the oven at 180°, it was ready.

The soup gave it a nice creamy texture and beautiful red colour and the cheese went nice and gooey. It's great as a quick and simple midweek meal the whole family will enjoy.

  2. that looks amazing, the chunks of cheese on the top instead of sprinkled cheddar looks very decadent!
