The Unilever Kitchen Brazil challenge

I do love a good cookery challenge so when Unilever Kitchen got in touch and asked if I'd like to take part in their Brazil challenge, I immediately replied to say I'd love to.

Soon after, the postie dropped off this green and yellow-themed box of goodies to get inventive with.

I spy lots of stock pots, flavour pots and stock cubes, mayonnaise, chilli mango and BBQ sauce, mustard, PG Tips, sweetcorn and black beans, along with some utensils for Madhouse Daddy to try out on the barbecue. Apart from the simplified Feijoada recipe that I posted last week and the Brazilian street food-inspired Spicy Steak Sandwich recipe that I came up with for a previous challenge, I know very little about Brazilian food, so I was pleased to see that there was some recipe inspiration included in the box.

Knorr Chicken Stock Pot and Brazilian Chicken Croquettes or Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot & Grilled Chicken Marinated in Lemon and Yogurt?

Knorr Beef Stock Pot & Brazilian Black Beans with Smoked Meats  & Yogurt or Knorr Chicken Stock Cube & Turkey Chorizo Mushroom Kebabs?

Knorr Curry Flavour Pot & Lamb Kebabs or Real Mayonnaise with a Zing of Lemon & Tiger Prawns?

Colman's Burger Sauce, 3 Peppercorn Flavour Pot & Peppercorn Burger or Knorr Beef Stock Pot & Steak with Sundried Tomato Marinade?

They all look great but I'll be putting my own stamp on it too. Watch this space to see what I come up with !

    1. It's a great way of jazzing up what could otherwise be quite bland food - time to get my creative apron on !
