  96. Green tea with mint, i drink it all day long x

    ReplyDelete
  97. I am a huge fan of speciality leaf teas and I have an acorn shaped infuser which I use in my teapot and in a mug. The perfect cuppa is made by pouring water from the kettle once the water has stopped "bubbling" from the boil otherwise it scalds the tea leaves killing a lot of the nice flavour. How long the leaves are left is a matter of personal preference depending how strong a flavour you want

    ReplyDelete
  98. Put in the teabag, then boiling water and then the milk, often with a bit of grated ginger to warm up.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  121. I pop my tea bag in the tea strainer and pour the water through it. I get my perfect strength. With no bag in the tea I avoid that mad dash with the spoon as you leave brown puddles everywhere.
