#EveryoneForTennis for Highland Spring Mini Tennis Month next month

For the second year running, Highland Spring are promoting Mini Tennis Month next month, which will be a fun and exciting way for families and children of all ages to get active and enjoy tennis. Taking place in schools, parks and tennis venues across the UK, families will be able to take advantage of free parent and child coaching sessions to promote tennis as a family sport by showing parents how easy it is to play tennis with their children.

With smaller courts, nets and rackets and lower bouncing balls, Highland Spring Mini Tennis offers the perfect introduction to the sport, with all the fun and energy tennis offers. I was amazed to learn that even tiny tots aged 3+ can get involved in the sessions, so it really is a great, not to mention healthy, activity that the whole family can get involved with.

The programme has been developed by the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), enabling players to develop vital skills and techniques at an early age. As pioneers of the kids' bottled water market, Highland Spring is committed to getting more children to adopt better hydration habits and take part in active sport. This passion is reflected in Mini Tennis as an opportunity to inspire and motivate more children to take up the sport and get active.

Highland Spring have come up with a selection of fun activities that can be done at home. Don't worry if you haven't got a racket - there are lots of activities that you can try out to practise coordination, balance and even counting skills without any special equipment. You can also watch them in this helpful video too:
