Children's book review : Totally Amazing Mazes

Parragon sent a totally a-maze-ing book out to their Book Buddies last month - Totally Amazing Mazes !

The book promises 100 twisty turny adventures. I thought that having a book containing just mazes might get a bit samey and boring after a while, but each maze is totally different.

Some are twisty and random while others are all straight lines or even grids.

Each one has a different feel and the bright colours are very striking and visually appealing.

It's a book that will appeal to kids (and big kids) of all ages. You don't need to be able to read so very young children can take part, although they might need a bit of help to find the right path. 5-year-old Pierre, 10-year-old Juliette and 13-year-old Sophie have all ben having a play, and I admit that I've done a couple too !

As the official blurb says : Find your way from A to B in over 100 twisting, turning journeys and find clues and solve puzzles along the way as you battle monsters, pilot planes, unlock safes and escape zombies!

So get lost ... in the nicest possible way !
