What's Cooking at The Madhouse? menu plan 1/7

Three days of school left and they're all full of meetings so I can pretty much say I'm on holiday - yippee ! From Wednesday onwards, I'll be planning lunches and dinners, so it'll be a great time for getting through my bookmarked recipes and clearing out the cupboards :)

Saturday

lunch - probably McDonalds

dinner - soup or a big mixed salad

Sunday

lunch - roast dinner or BBQ depending on the weather

dinner - leftover soup or sandwiches

Monday

dinner - chicken curry/leftover bbq and rice

Tuesday

dinner - pork or beef stroganoff with boiled potatoes

Wednesday

lunch - shwoarma, Actifry chips & coleslaw

dinner - puff pastry pizza tart

Thursday

lunch - haggis, mash and carrots

dinner - salmon with sumac & pomegranate molasses, rice & ratatouille

Friday

lunch - pork chops with gratin dauphinois

dinner - tabouleh (couscous salad)

  1. Love reading your meal plans, I need to do this more often - hope the weather is good enough for your bbq on Sunday!

    1. Fingers crossed - we always have a bbq when it's nice enough but it plays havoc with my meal planning because there are always leftovers for about the next two days !

    1. It's a spice - it's a reddy-brown colour and has a zesty, citrus flavour :)
