We're back into snail-season ! Pierre has been excitedly hunting for new "pets" on the patio. They seem happy enough munching on carrots and it still blows my mind to see that they quite happily sit there while he strokes them !!!

DeleteI hadn't seen any snails for ages until it rained yesterday and they all appeared from nowhere! How long do they live for?
ReplyDeleteThat's a good question ! He started taking an interest last summer and kept them until around Christmas but a couple died so we let the others go - maybe it was just their time though? We'll probably set these ones free when we go on holiday in August !
