This time tomorrow, I'll be on holiday - woohoo. Two weeks of rest and recuperation so it's time to recharge the batteries but also clear out the kitchen cupboards and my bookmarked recipes.

lunch - pissaladière (similar to pizza, with onions, anchovies (which I might replace with tuna) and black olives)

Sounds like a lovely variety, I love Saturdays mcds KFC etc, I've never tried potato lasagne sounds intriguing, pulled BBQ chicken sounds yummy too although I'm not a fan of coleslaw xXx

We never used to eat duck but Madhouse Daddy picked some up cheap at the supermarket and we loved it.
