What's Cooking at The Madhouse? menu plan 2018 week #37

We're settling into a more defined routine now - we all know who has school when and who will be home or not - so things are much more organised, in theory at least ! I ended up filling up the freezer with too much reduced price meat last week, so I used some of that up instead of buying more. That means that some of this was made last week and I'll catch up on last week's menu plan this week !

Monday

dinner - BBQ chicken kebabs, ebly & coleslaw

Tuesday

dinner - sausage casserole with mash and green beans

Wednesday

lunch - chicken spring rolls with salad

dinner - rosemary roast chicken, a bag of frozen veggies and roast potatoes

Thursday

dinner - leftover chicken bits, along with various veggies and leftovers or rice

Friday

dinner - bubble & squeak topped shepherd's pie (thanks to Jamie Oliver for this idea !)

Saturday

lunch - kids' choice of fast food (I'm guessing it will be McDonald's again !)

dinner - leftovers/snack food

Sunday

lunch -  roast dinner - maybe some gammon, for a change

dinner - fridge grazing or leftovers
