Last week was a great week for food, both in terms of eating (lots of new recipes to try out - I'll be sharing them on the blog in the coming days) and also making the dishes with lots of help from Pierre. The potato croquettes in particular were fun to make and also delicious, which was just as well as they lasted for three meals ! Patatnik and Chinese chicken traybake didn't get made - they'll be relisted this week.

ReplyDeleteGreat meal plan! x
He is - he's not a bad cook actually. He always seems to create a lot of extra washing up though ! lol
DeletePatatnik sounds so interesting! I love trying different cuisines!
ReplyDeleteWow your meal plans always sound amazing, I struggle to motivate myself to cook 1 hot meal a day so I'd happily come to your's for lunch and dinner!
ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying having the extra time at home to cook at the moment, but it may not last! lol
