What's Cooking At The Madhouse ? menu plan week 20

Last week was a great week for food, both in terms of eating (lots of new recipes to try out - I'll be sharing them on the blog in the coming days) and also making the dishes with lots of help from Pierre. The potato croquettes in particular were fun to make and also delicious, which was just as well as they lasted for three meals ! Patatnik and Chinese chicken traybake didn't get made - they'll be relisted this week.

dinner- pork paupiettes with mash

Wednesday

Thursday

dinner- battered fish with boiled potatoes & carrots

Friday

lunch- something with mince ... chilli con carne, spag bol or maybe a cottage pie as we haven't had one for ages

dinner - chipolatas with pasta
