Half-term Boredom Buster : All-in-one Cupcakes #FloraFamilyFun

Our cake tins are filled with goodies this week, thanks to the Flora Buttery Family Fun Guide and the fab Boredom Buster Kit of ingredients and craft supplies that they sent us last week. After the totally scrumptious Cinnamon & Raisin Cookies that I told you about on Monday, we made these quick and simple All-in-one Cupcakes.

All-in-one Cupcakes

150 g Flora Buttery
150 g caster sugar
3 eggs
150 g self-raising flour
115 g icing sugar (or ready-made icing)

This is another recipe that just involves throwing the first four ingredients into a bowl and mixing it all up. The great thing about this is the lack of washing-up afterwards !

Spoon the mixture into paper cake cases.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 175°.

To make a simple icing, just add a few drops of water to the icing sugar. We had a tub of ready-to-use Chocolate Fudge Icing in the fridge to finish off though, then topped them with a variety of sprinkles.

All of the projects in the Flora Buttery Family Fun Guide only take a few minutes and use things you're likely to have around the house.

Disclosure : We received a Boredom Buster kit.

    2. I made cupcakes with my grandchildren. They are so good as children can have so much fun decorating them however they want to.
