One week left until the holidays and phew, what a week ! The Norwegian delegation of teachers and researchers are coming over for the week so, as well as having them sit in on our classes and interview us about how we planned our lessons for the project, we'll be involved in socialising with them, so I'm not sure how much time I'll have for cooking next week. There's a meal planned on Thursday and drinks on Monday but with a bit of luck, I can load up the slow cooker and still have a meal on the table. If not, it'll be a frozen pizza in my absence !

Potato and bacon hash with a fried egg sounds amaxing
ReplyDeleteQuick and simple but should be tasty :)
DeleteI am interested to see that you plan a meal using leftovers. We always had at least one meal of leftovers when I was growing up. Mum usually sir fried it and it tasted good to us. Many children today have no idea that leftovers can be a simple but tasty meal.
ReplyDeleteI always use up everything - stir fried with rice, added to pasta or made into a pie ! )
DeleteI love smoked salmon bagels! I am so ready for a week off next week. Hope you have a lovely week and thank you for sharing with #MealPlanningMonday x
ReplyDeleteGood luck with this week at school...
