So here we go, with another plan for what we're eating in the coming week. Last week's plan worked well, so I'll try for the same mix of old favourites and new dishes to try out. I think I'll change the way I cook a little bit. Up to now, I've been making enough for leftovers for the next day's lunch for Juliette, who eats home alone, but she tends to ignore whatever's in the fridge and eat something else anyway. We'll see how it works ! I'm going to try out some more recipes from Saving Dinner by Leanne Ely this week too.

Chicken Fajita Orzo sounds wonderful, its a meal i am sure we would enjoy
ReplyDeleteMashed Potato Pie sounds very appealing. Your comment about family members ignoring what has been left in the fridge for them and finding something else to eat made me smile as it is very familiar.
