Giveaway #498 : Win a year's supply of Bio-Oil - closed - winner EJ Dunn

Bio-Oil and the body confidence charity Body Gossip are encouraging women of all ages to share their positive body messages with the aim of promoting body confidence and inspire women across the UK.

But how can these positive mantras make a real difference? Not only will the messages being left at www.mybodyphilosophy.com encourage and inspire other women but the charity Body Gossip will be taking a selection of them into schools as part of a performance project funded by Bio-Oil, in the hope that we can encourage a life-time of positivity.

As we're busy packing suitcases and the girls (only aged 10 and 14, I might add) have been worrying about not looking good in shorts and swimsuits, I've been trying to improve their body confidence lately. First of all, I pointed out that every woman in the pool will be so busy worrying about their own hang-ups that they won't even notice anybody else's ! Then I tried to boost their confidence with a few #BodyPhilosophy mantras of my own :

- Perfection is unattainable ... unless you're airbrushed

- The only person who can see your imperfections is you

- A big smile will draw eyes away from the things you like less about yourself !

- Plastic surgery makes you look plastic ! Love your impefections, they make you unique.

Want some more ? Head over to www.mybodyphilosophy.com for more words of wisdom and advice.

Bio-Oil want to encourage more women across the UK to share their #BodyPhilosophy messages of body confidence so they have offered a year's supply of Bio-Oil (that's 12 bottles) for one lucky Madhouse Family Reviews reader. Fill in your entries in the Rafflecopter widget below and make sure you answer the question in the comments.

UK only. Closing date : 20/8/15

T & C's : Entries close at midnight on the closing date. Winners will be selected with a random number generator and announced on facebook, twitter and in the giveaway post subject line. Please note, you will be contacted by email and/or twitter and if I haven't heard from you after a week, I'll have to pick another winner. Prizes will be sent out by the companies or their PR directly to winners. Madhouse Family Reviews cannot be held responsible for any prizes that go astray !

I looked around and women of all shapes and sizes (super fit, bigger than me, super skinny etc) were walking around carefree without a care in the world. That has given me so much #BodyConfidence. Be proud of yourself and you will enjoy yourself so much more.
