Giveaway #605 : Win a Milton ‘Mini’ Portable Soother Steriliser - closed - winner Samantha O' Donnell

How many times have you shuddered when you see a parent pick up a dummy that has just been thrown on the floor, given it a quick suck then stuck it back in their baby's mouth ?! Well, there is a much better solution -  Milton's ‘Mini’ Portable Soother Steriliser.

Milton has been a leading name in sterilising baby feeding equipment in the home for over 65 years.  During that time the ‘Milton Method’ of cold-water sterilisation has been used by millions of parents, and in homes and hospitals throughout the UK and beyond. Milton has more recently launched into microwave steam sterilisation.

Milton's ‘Mini’ Portable Soother Steriliser is a totally unique and original method to safely clean and sterilise soothers in and out of the home, allowing you to always have one soother ready whenever you need it. It sterilises in 15 minutes using Milton Mini Sterilising Tablets and there is no need to rinse. It is also 100% watertight so there is no risk of spills inside your bag.

Milton have improved the design so that it includes a more tactile attachment strap, a wider base opening for larger soothers, and advanced water bottle closure technology (instead of a silicone rim) for easier cleaning. The updated Mini also has an enlarged logo for better brand visibility.

The new base design allows for a broader range of soothers and is easier to use with the addition of a clearer filling line and the word ‘MAX’ on the water line to make it really clear for parents. The updated lid is more transparent and its new design takes advantage of advanced water bottle closure technology making it easier to clean with the removal of silicone seal.

The benefits of the new Mini strap include a more modern design, longer lasting premium soft elastomer material and a simple closure system with press down buttons. There is now no risk of fabric fraying.

“The changes in design were undertaken after feedback from parents; of course the benefit of the Mini remain the same - the promise of a clean soother everywhere,” said Tess Clarke, commercial and marketing manager, Milton. “Our loyal customers were front of mind during the redesign process from the larger base to the easier attachment strap. We know the Mini makes it easier for parents to get out and about with their families with minimal stress.”

The Mini is 100% watertight, cleans and sterilises soothers everywhere and is BPA free. It comes in three existing trendy colours and with ten free Milton Mini Sterilising tablets. Limited colour editions will be announced later this year in four new vibrant colours.

The Milton Mini Portable Soother Steriliser has a RRP of £6.99 and is available at Boots, John Lewis, Mothercare, Ocado, Superdrug and Tesco as well as many independent pharmacies and nursery retailers.
