This last week was a great time for catching up with all the various appointments that I don't have time for when I'm at work, plus I had a clearout in the spice rack. This week, which is the second week of the holidays, I have plans to do lots of baking to make some space in the baking cupboard, plus have a use-up session in the food cupboards and freezer. That's the plan anyway, but it's the holidays, so things may change !

Wow you sound like you have a great variety of choices this week! They all sound delicious :)
ReplyDeleteWe are planning to do some baking this week too.
ReplyDeleteYour meals all sound fab! Lots of our favourites! x
gosh I am surprised to read you are cooking meals twice in a day, we always ate ( and still do) one meal as a sandwich or maybe soup. A friend of mine always did 2 cooked meals a day swore it was cheaper with a family than a snack meal.
ReplyDeleteI always used to in the UK but it's just not done in France - nobody eats sandwiches at home (we do at the weekend !), probably because (or why) you get a one and a half or two hour lunch break, even at school. Kids aren't allowed to take sandwiches to school either - everyone has the set meal (and chooses a starter, cheese and a dessert). Different ways, I guess ! :)
DeleteSounds like you've got a great week planned using up leftovers and saving some money in the process! Thanks for linking up - as always x
