Lots more photos to come - school finishes at 2.30pm so we had a couple of hours to visit with the teachers before sunset each day. They did us proud and showed us the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. It's totally breathtaking.
It's a lovely place to visit - I'm so lucky to have three week-long work trips scheduled there over three years. This was our second and we were still as wowed by the views !
What a stunning country. My in-laws are visiting this summer and I have always wanted to go myself. I don't think I could live with such short days though.
They have a high suicide rate because of the dark days apparently - it's only in the winter that the days are shorter though, we went in spring last year and it was pretty much the same as back home. :)
That's a gorgeous winter scene.
ReplyDeleteThe light is incredible and makes for some really atmospheric pictures :)
DeleteI really want to visit Norway, what a stunning picture
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful wintery scene. I’d love to visit Norway. This is stunning, but chilly. I do love these kind of days. #sundaysnap
ReplyDeleteIt was "only" about minus 3 at the coldest - we were expecting a lot worse !
