As I mentioned this morning, The River Singers blog tour is stopping off here at The Madhouse today.
If you haven't discovered this delightful book yet, here is the official blurb :
"Something was approaching the burrow. Something deadly. Something that made Sylvan's fur bristle with fear . . .
Knowing their lives are under threat, Sylvan and his brother and sisters have no choice but to abandon their burrow for ever. Together they set out on an epic journey along the Great River; but with dangers lurking at every turn, will they ever find a safe place to call home?"
If that sounds like your kind of book, you'll be pleased to know that the publishers have kindly offered to send a copy of The River Singers to one lucky Madhouse Family Reviews reader. Fill in your entries in the Rafflecopter widget below.
UK only. Closing date : 29/8/14
T & C's : Entries close at midnight on the closing date. Winners will be selected with a random number generator and announced on facebook, twitter and in the giveaway post subject line. Please note, you will be contacted by email and/or twitter and if I haven't heard from you after a week, I'll have to pick another winner. Prizes will be sent out by the companies or their PR directly to winners. Madhouse Family Reviews cannot be held responsible for any prizes that go astray !

ReplyDeleteThe best walk I ever had down my local river bank (2 minutes walk from my front door!) was when there were a group of day old baby ducklings and I sat by the river and a little yellow one sat on my knee, and I ended up cradling it in my hands, an experience I'll never forget!
