lunch - chicken & mushroom pie using up the leftovers from the Sunday roast, with garlic mash, peas & carrots
dinner - New Orleans-style red beans & rice with smoked sausage & peppers

Ahh! I had forgotten all about Fish finger and baked bean pie! I used to make it for my girls. I think I will have to add it to my meal plan soon. I love the sound of the prawn, avocado & mango salad. I could just eat that now x
ReplyDeleteI find it so interesting to read about what other countries eat especially when it is a dish we don't really have a word for, ie the English plate. We think of continental breakfast and the like but don't realise what is on the other side, so to speak. :)
